The company offers a complete service that includes material research and stylistic advice, defining each technical detail with the customer and ensuring that every phase of the process is perfectly carried out, down to final packaging.

PATTERN MAKING AND PROTOTYPING

The art of pattern making and prototyping is essential for turning a simple idea into a sophisticated final product. Thanks to modern techniques and a team of experts, each prototype is developed with the aim of answering specifically to every one of the customer’s requests. Valigeria Tasca’s creative department consists of four modelists who have both pattern making and prototyping skills, and are equipped with paper patterns development systems (bidimensional and tridimensional). These advanced technologies combined with a team of experts allow the company to develop prototypes which respond exactly to the customer’s desires, ensuring the realisation of an impeccable and detailed product.

PRODUCTION

The whole manufacturing process is handled internally with the purpose of ensuring the highest quality possible:

Cutting: Use of automated CAD/CAM machines for an accurate cutting of leather/fabrics.
Preparation: An area dedicated to the treatment of materials, such as bonding using water based products or pressing.
Dyeing: Meticulous dyeing process to obtain an impeccable final result.
Assembling: Flexible working teams who handle the weekly orders, ensuring quick feedback to the customer’s needs.

LOGISTICS

Valigeria Tasca’s logistics department makes sure that each product is delivered to the customer in perfect conditions.
The company offers two different services:

Delivery to the customer’s logistics: Following a complete quality contral, the products are packed and delivered to the customer’s logistic centre, easing the direct control on the final distribution.

Packing and direct delivery: Valigeria Tasca packs the single products with the final packaging chosen by the customer and delivers them directly to the shops worldwide, offering a logistic solution centralised and efficient.

SPECIAL BESPOKE PRODUCT

One of Valigeria Tasca’s assets is the ability in producing bespoke products, suggesting tailor-made solutions that perfectly fit the customer’s most peculiar and exclusive requests, regardless of their complexity.
